Founder & Managing Consultant

Joseph Kim is the founder of Selvara Consulting and a former Web3 operator who scaled AlgoBlocks to 120K users and approximately 100M USD peak TVL, backed by investors and programs including Draper, Kyber Ventures, Big Brain Holdings, Berkeley SkyDeck, Binance MVB, Hong Kong Cyberport, and Hong Kong Science Park. He later helped build OSL’s digital asset advisory business in Hong Kong and has spent more than 15 years across digital assets, fintech, and capital markets.He now helps early-stage Web3 and fintech founders sharpen fundraising readiness, investor narrative, and growth strategy so they can present more credibly, move faster, and navigate complex markets with senior-level support.

“Do you do BD or investor intros?”No. I focus on readiness + playbook. Crypto advisors do intros for tokens (which I don't as I am not a crypto advisor); I give you the full system to run yourself and own the relationships.

Can you sign a NDA before we enage you?Absolutely. We will ensure any proprietary information about your startup or project is kept confidential. We will not release any information for any purpose without your explicit written consent.

Can you tailor your advisory and deliverable for me?Yes we can.
